Responsibilities

• Books warranty repair orders and submits claims.
• Maintains receivables schedules and processes service contract claims.
• Coordinates with vendors and manufacturers for parts.
• Communicates with Service Advisors to define warranty scope.
• Reconciles warranty receivables with accounting.
• Maintains records of all claims submitted.
• Provides weekly report to the Service Manager.
• Follow scheduled hours as needed.
