Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and data visualization tooling.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives from definition to deployment.
• Perform exploratory, diagnostic, and predictive analyses on complex datasets.
• Build, validate, and deploy predictive models forecasting warranty claims and quality trends.
• Apply statistics, ML, forecasting, and anomaly-detection techniques to business problems.
• Manipulate and analyze large structured and unstructured data from multiple sources using Python, SQL, PySpark.
• Develop repeatable analytical workflows and data products for scalable decision-making.
• Translate business needs into actionable use cases and requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to improve data access and model performance.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations communicating methods, findings, and implications.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to enable insight adoption and action.
• Present complex findings to technical and nontechnical audiences with clear storytelling.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, documentation, and governance.
