Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 1+ year in automotive engineering, data analytics, BI, or data science.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense).
• Familiarity with warranty management systems and enterprise data environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify warranty trends using Palantir, Stellantis issue tracking systems, and dealer warranty platforms to analyze and monitor warranty trends.
• Analyze warranty claims to map to failure modes and identify potential root causes.
• Track and evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions through to issue closure.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service to translate data-driven insights into product/process improvements.
• Deliver regular updates on warranty-related quality issues and GIM progress during reviews.
