AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners (AVE-PLP, LLC) is seeking a Warranty Administrator to file and reconcile warranty claims across locations, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to policy. The role reports to the Aftermarket Support Manager and requires knowledge of Deere Warranty system and service software.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage warranty claims across locations.
  • Oversee submission and follow-up on all outstanding warranty claims.
  • Consult with Service Managers, Technicians, and Parts Department on warranty procedures.
  • Assist in managing the Product Improvement Program (PIP) and warranty credits.
  • Support Short-line Warranties including credits and settlements.
  • Assist locations with machine transfer and location unknown processes.

Lead Always.General Purpose:The Warranty Administrator files and reconciles accurate warranty claims in accordance with policy coverages, supporting all locations' warranty needs. Reports to the Aftermarket Support Manager.Essential Functions:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Manage and process parts and service warranty claims.Oversee the warranty process to ensure necessary information is gathered.Ensure timely submission and follow-up on all outstanding claims.Understand warranty regulations and consult Service Managers, Technicians, and the Parts Department on proper warranty procedures.Assist in managing the Product Improvement Program (PIP) and ensure no expired PIPs.Support processing of Short-line Warranties including credits.Support Shortage and Damage Claims.Support locations with machine transfer and machine location unknown process.Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of AVE-PLP.Supervisory Duties:NoneKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Promote and support AVE-PLP Guiding Principles.Knowledge of service software in the dealer business system and Deere Warranty system.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet functions.Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.Effective communication with customers, employees, and peers.Education:High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent is required.Experience:Two or more years in Service Department operations required.Equivalent education and experience may be substituted.Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:Must have reliable transportation.Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.Passing a driving record (MVR), criminal history background checks, employment verification, and drug screen will be required prior to the start of employment.Working Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
