Job summary

Qualifications

• Serves as a warranted contracting officer.
• Extensive knowledge of federal contracting laws, executive orders, regulations, and contract types.
• Understanding of the business environment and market research methods.
• Knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Familiarity with source selection, negotiation, administration, and price analysis.
• Ability to identify problems, analyze information, and make sound decisions.
• Overtime may be required on short notice.
• Travel by military or commercial aircraft for TDY assignments.
