Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. seeks a Warp Changer to remove and replace loom beams, manage warp-out tasks, and support the weaving department. You will operate beams, grease equipment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while coordinating with the Weaving team.

The role requires reading/writing skills and prior weaving experience is preferred. This full-time position offers hands-on manufacturing duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write (as indicated in application).
• Preferred: prior experience as a Weaver or Beamer Operator.
• General safety and quality standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Remove/replaces loom beams using tie-in equipment.
• Check warp out paper and manage loom beams.
• Grease/oil harness drives, bearings, and beam stand; clean work area.
• Operate warp truck to move loom beams and load new beams.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, orderly work area.
