Salary Range: $100,000 – $135,000 annually, based on experience, project complexity, travel requirements, and clearance eligibility.

Position Overview

Warner Mechanical, a Division of R.W. Warner, Inc., is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This position requires an active security clearance and will require regular travel. The PM is responsible for managing mechanical and plumbing construction projects from award through closeout, including projects requiring travel and security clearances. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, field coordination, and client communication while leading project teams and ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout
• Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to meet project objectives
• Travel to project sites, including remote or secure facilities, as required by project scope
