Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall in Atlanta seeks a friendly Host to create a welcoming dining experience from arrival. You will manage wait times, seating, and reservations while guiding guests to dining or bar areas with menus. Maintain a clean reception and assist staff to ensure smooth service.

The position requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the stamina to stand and walk for long shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Experience as a Host preferred.
• Strong restaurant etiquette and safety awareness.
• Experience managing reservations effectively.
• Excellent customer service focused on guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication in person and on the phone.
• Strong organization to monitor dining and bar areas.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Uniform and appearance standards expected.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide accurate wait times and manage waiting lists.
• Coordinate reservations with wait staff and seating options.
• Escort guests to dining or bar areas and offer menus.
• Thank guests upon departure.
• Assist guests needing extra attention (children/elderly).
• Answer calls and field reservation/menu questions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Support wait staff to enhance service delivery.
