Job summary

DaBella is seeking driven sales reps to capitalize on a growing momentum by closing sales from warm leads and delivering home-improvement solutions the same day. You will own your income with uncapped bonuses, supported by leadership and a training pathway that includes a Sales Manager in Training program.

During training you earn 1,750, and first-year earnings are projected at 70,000 to 90,000 with top performers reaching 150k+.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Valid HIS license required - company training provided on obtaining one.
• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• WARM LEADS – all of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only!
• Uncover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions same day
• Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities
