Mia's Italian Kitchen is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to warmly greet guests, escort them to tables, and help guests feel comfortable while they wait. You will set the tone for a positive dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, highly personable and capable of promoting a fun atmosphere while representing the restaurant’s welcoming vibe. Strong communication and time management are essential in a busy service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Previous host experience preferred, but not required.
• Must speak English fluently and write basic English.
• Must work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
• Must have good organizational, time-management and sales skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Must be dependable, reliable and be driven with minimal supervision.
• Must possess a high level of awareness, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Must be both effective and efficient at multi-tasking in pressure situations.
