• Core Professional Qualities: Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, good communication, and a team-first mindset.
• Safety & Compliance: Safety-sensitive role; pre-employment drug screen required; follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• First Impressions & Patient Check-In: Greet and check in patients warmly.
• Scheduling & Call Management: Manage multi-line phones, verify details, schedule appointments.
• Front Office Operations: Maintain organized front desk and electronic records; assist with admin tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to maintain a smooth schedule.
