You’ll be the first friendly face patients meet, helping with scheduling and front-office duties. We offer a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package in a community-focused practice.

Qualifications

• No dental experience needed; we are willing to train.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or administrative).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in arriving patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer multi-line phone systems and verify patient details; assist with scheduling appointments.
• Maintain an organized front office and securely handle electronic patient records; assist with administrative duties.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain a smooth daily schedule and positive office environment.
