Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Data Analyst in Fort Benning, GA to support the Maneuver Battle Lab Modeling and Simulation Branch, enabling wargames and tabletop experiments with strong knowledge of maneuver doctrine and US Army processes.

The role requires collaboration with project leads to design, execute, and report on Wargames or TTXs, analyze data, and develop collection plans to drive decision making in advanced defense simulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of related experience; 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of US Army Tactical Operations.
• Experience in Multi-Domain operations.
• Experience analyzing and reducing data to support reports or experiments.
• Experience developing analytical objectives and qualitative questions for experiment participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Lead in the design of wargames and tabletop exercises.
• Plan, prepare, execute, and report on Wargames or TTX with Senior Facilitator and Project Lead.
• Serve as the primary operator of the computer-driven wargaming tool used to provide context to the Wargame or TTX.
• Support simulation-based experiments and conferences hosted by the MBL as White Cell Lead or Adjudication Cell Lead.
• Develop data collection plans and reduce data from experiments.
