We are seeking Junior Wargaming Analysts to join our expanding simulation, analysis, gaming, and experimentation team. You'll leverage your background in applying methods such as wargaming, campaign analysis, or defense research to help answer today's most difficult defense and intelligence challenges. As a wargaming analyst, you will design, prepare, and conduct defense and military analysis in support of Department of War and Intelligence Community clients. This includes conduct general research to support warfighting disciplines, COA analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes or procedures. You'll contribute to the design, execution, and delivery of analytic tasks associated with wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises, including the shaping of objectives, crafting of wargaming constructs, authoring of scenarios, facilitation of participant discussions, and authoring of after-action reports and briefings.
