Job summary

Core Government Services Corporation seeks a Workstation Instructor Controller to support the US Army Mission Command Training Program at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The role requires a tactical air operations background and experience with WARSIM and JLCCTC to replicate command structures during Warfighter Exercises.

You will train and supervise personnel, develop operating plans, and produce AARs, with opportunities for advancement and a DoD security clearance. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Qualifications

• Completion of ILE/MEL4 or equivalent.
• Former field grade officer; retired Lt Col (O-5) or above preferred.
• Current DoD security clearance or higher.
• Experience in brigade/battalion level roles and joint operations.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and supervise work/response cell personnel during exercises.
• Instruct on WARSIM BSWS and JLCCTC platforms.
• Provide guidance on Army Mission Command Systems (CPCE, CPOF).
• Develop and deliver lesson plans for JLCCTC instruction.
• Generate Work Cell reports for AAR development.
• Resolve simulation anomalies and implement workarounds.
