SAIC is seeking an Operations Research Manager to serve as a Warfighter Integration Manager with deep knowledge of USAF C2 processes, tools and technologies. The role requires coordinating with mission partners, stakeholders and engineers to translate warfighting gaps into a clear product vision.

The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams in an agile setting, plan stakeholder engagements across multiple projects, and mentor a diverse team while aligning with mission objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years USAF tactical, operational or staff experience; or Master’s with 12+ years; or PhD/JD with 9+ years.
• Minimum 2 years planning, directing, coordinating and managing projects related to Air Force RDT&E.
• TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

• Interface with mission partners and stakeholders to understand warfighting gaps and translate into product vision and goals.
• Deliver data integration for warfighter utilization with joint/service experts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prototypes meet warfighter requirements.
