Sherpa 6 is seeking a Multimedia Curriculum Designer to craft engaging learning experiences using ADDIE/SAM methodologies. You'll deliver face-to-face, virtual, and self-paced training with voiceovers, video, and animations, aligning with design standards.

Work with SMEs and engineers to produce high-quality content for diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and LMS compatibility, while supporting Warfighter readiness and enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Production, Graphic Design or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, multimedia curriculum development, or digital content production for adult learners.
• Expert in Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex technical information into accessible learning content.
• Design and develop interactive training and multimedia assets (videos, infographics, animations, audio) using Articulate 360 and Adobe CS.
• Develop customer-facing enablement assets, user guides, and performance support materials.
• Apply Section 508 / WCAG accessibility standards to learning content.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects using agile or iterative methodologies.
• Test and ensure SCORM/xAPI and LMS compatibility (Cornerstone).
