Your Role

Order Picker

Work Location : 16351 W Glendale Ave, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, possible daily and weekend overtime depending on customer needs

As an Order Picker with us, you’ll oversee activities that relate to warehouse dock and shipping logistics as you take responsibility for the flow of goods and materials including inventory management, receiving, storing, cycle counting, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products

What You’ll Be Doing

Essential Functions

• Oversees and participates (hands on) in the day-to-day receiving, loading/unloading of trucks, checking in parts and matching purchase orders to sales orders.
• Accurately reads and follows through with addressing customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, determining items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
• Communicates professionally, promptly, properly, and accurately to all external and internal customers
• Cross checks all related paperwork or documents for discrepancies and to quick resolution
• Ensures correct sorting and placement of materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code

Required Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and push-pull up to 75 pounds
• Proficient in MS Office Programs
• Demonstrates initiative and exercises good judgment with the ability to achieve results
• Ability to plan flexibility within the work schedule and quickly react to changing needs
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize daily work and meet all internal and external deadlines

Highly Desired Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
