Martin Brothers Distributing is seeking motivated individuals to join our Cedar Falls Distribution Center as selectors. You will pick customer orders using wearable tech, scan barcodes, and build pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position runs Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, with overtime and holiday shifts as required. Eligible for PTO, 401K, ESOP, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders using wearable technology and pick labels
• Accurately scan barcodes/UPCs to minimize picking errors
• Build stable pallets by stacking products in correct sequence and weight order
• Verify quantities, rotation, and expiration dates
• Substitute products as directed based on system instructions or supervisor guidance
• Enter catch-weight items accurately into the system
• Shrink-wrap and stage pallets for loading
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and company policies

Martin Brothers Distributing is looking for motivated individuals to work as selectors in our Cedar Falls Distribution Center.

The Selector is responsible for safely and accurately picking customer orders and building pallets for delivery. This role plays a critical part in meeting customer expectations by maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
