Job description

Warehouser/Material Handler - Part-Time - 1PM
  • Work Schedule: Start time: 1:00 pm; End time: When work is completed. Sundays and Fridays are mandatory. Other days assigned based on business need. Holidays required.

Warehouse and Material Handlers are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for a variety of typical warehouse duties, including handling and moving material around our warehouse. This position can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. Here are some of the tasks you could expect to perform:

  • Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
  • Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
  • Safely operate a forklift after training and certification
  • Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the truck floor
  • Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required

This is a physical job in a 24-hour operation. You will be on your feet for your entire shift. Minimum qualifications include:

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You can work on weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours
  • You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
  • You can stand, walk, climb, bend, reach, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
  • You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts
  • You can work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
