- Assist with coordinating material requests, inventory transfers, and deliveries to production and other departments to support operational requirements.
- Communicate with purchasing, production, maintenance, and other departments regarding material availability, order status, receiving discrepancies, and inventory needs.
- Maintain organized warehouse files, records, and documentation, both electronically and in hard copy, as required.
- Respond to routine warehouse inquiries and assist with researching missing materials, shipment information, and inventory transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Follow established safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques, forklift operation requirements, and material-handling practices.
- Assist in other areas of production and provide break coverage as needed.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to support daily warehouse operations.
- Actively participate in and support the plant safety program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
