Job summary

Springs Window Fashions and Affiliated Companies in Edison, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations. Training on equipment will be provided. The role offers $19.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday shift from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities include picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, printing labels, cycle counts, banding skids, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Overtime and reliable attendance required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing to learn forklift.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Support warehouse daily operations (Will receive training)

Shift- 5:30 AM -2:00PM- Monday to Friday

Job Duties

• Pick orders in accordance with the order form specifications, using lift or order picker
• Load and unload trucks
• Print labels and inventory tickets
• Initiate cycle count requests when inventory variances are detected
• Band/Wrap skids for delivery
• Complete import/export paperwork as necessary
• Clean assigned areas; recycle as appropriate
• Perform daily maintenance on warehouse equipment (maintain, charge, clean batteries)
• Operate straight lift/order picker/reach lift (will train)
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-6 months manufacturing experience Preferred
• Willing to learn forklift
