Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently. You will pick, pack, load, and ship orders, follow intricate packing sets, and maintain accurate inventory with cycle counts in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years warehousing experience, forklift skills and basic math, plus a commitment to safety and PPE protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience.
• Basic inventory management skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematics.
• Forklift experience and certifications as required.
• Experience with forklift-mounted computers and barcode scanners (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Safely pick, pack, load, and ship orders as required.
• Review and follow special instructions for all pack sets.
• Receive and inspect incoming material from Victaulic subsidiaries, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and good inventory management practices.
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties to keep the warehouse and property clean and organized.
• Assist "will call" customers as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and the code of ethics.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and proper PPE practices.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Distribution Manager or DC Coordinator.
