Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Baltimore to safely handle inbound and outbound shipments in a non-climate controlled environment. You will pick, pack, load, and ship orders while following special instructions and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires forklift experience, computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Training for forklift-mounted computers and barcode scanners is available on the job.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle materials for inbound and outbound shipments safely, accurately, and efficiently. Labor intense job in a non-climate control environment.
• Safely pick, pack, load, and ship orders as required.
• Review and follow special instructions for all pack sets.
• Utilize the Branch Locator system for accurate transactions.
• Receive and inspect incoming material from Victaulic subsidiaries, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and good inventory management practices.
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties to keep the warehouse and property clean and organized.
• Assist “will call” customers as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and the code of ethics.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and proper PPE practices.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Distribution Manager or Distribution Center Coordinator.
