Klöckner & Co SE in Greenville, SC is seeking a Warehouseman on 2nd shift to efficiently move and handle materials within the plant. You will operate overhead cranes and forklifts, support production, and ensure accurate tagging and documentation of inventory.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and basic math, with 1–3 months related experience preferred. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of passing a physical; overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED required. 1 to 3 months of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic operations with whole numbers and measurement units
• Physical Requirements: Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility
• Reliability: Demonstrated reliable work history
• Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality

Job description

The Warehouseman is responsible for efficiently managing the movement and handling of materials within the plant site. This role involves operating equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts, handling inventory, maintaining production line equipment, and performing various related tasks.

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Monday-Thursday - Friday 1:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m., with availability to work overtime as needed.

Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Operates overhead cranes and forklifts to load and unload materials


• Inventory Management: Receives incoming inventory, ensuring proper tagging and documentation


• Production Support: Maintains production line equipment with necessary raw materials to minimize downtime

• Additional Duties: Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
