Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Odessa, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain accurate inventory levels and deliver outstanding customer service to customers and colleagues in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires physical stamina to handle 50–100 pound items, flexibility to work overtime including weekends, and a commitment to following company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability is advantageous.
• Forklift experience is advantageous.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds and maneuver product/equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends as needed.
