Job summary

GEODIS in New Jersey is seeking dedicated warehouse team members to move trailers, coordinate with Inbound and Outbound Leads, and document trailer moves across the facility. This role offers clear paths for advancement and a stable schedule within a global logistics leader.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, following safety rules and procedures while supporting essential daily operations. GED or high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience are required; CDL is a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum 1-year related experience and/or training.
• CDL preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers at the facility.
• Coordinate trailer moves with Inbound/Outbound Leads on prioritization.
• Document and perform trailer moves on Inbound and Outbound operations.

What you will be doing:

• Moves trailers at our facility
• Communicate with the Inbound and Outbound Lead’s on trailer move prioritization
• Documents and performs trailer moves on both the Inbound and Outbound operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Minimum 1‑year related experience and/or training
• CDL preferred
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
