Job summary

Crisp Container is seeking a Production Line Operator for the Marion, IL facility. This in-person role features a Monday–Friday nights schedule (3:30PM–12AM) and involves operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with manufacturing experience preferred and the ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in manufacturing/production is preferred.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Position Overview:

As a Production Line Operator, you will be an essential part of our production process, ensuring machinery runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and the work environment remains clean and safe. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
