Responsibilities

• Loading/Unloading of trucking and packing/unpacking tool gang boxes.
• General cleaning of warehouse and snow removal.
• Assist management with tool inventory and minor repairs.

Job description

Hourly position, minimum expected hours of 6:00am to 2:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Warehouse Logistics
  • Loading/Unloading of trucking
  • Packing/unpacking tool gang boxes
  • General cleaning of warehouse
• Occasional trucking of tools/materials to local Chicago area jobsites.
• Snow removal for building parking lot and walkways
• Assist management with tool inventory and minor repairs
• Assist manage with annual Inventory of warehouse supplies
• Assist office staff with setup/tear down of office events and parties.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to learn to operate fork truck, with training provided as necessary by company.
• Comply with company safety standards

Experience/Education

• Good knowledge of construction hand tools and equipment related to welding, pipe fitting, plumbing and electrical trades.
• Illinois Class B CDL License
• High school diploma or equivalent trade/related.

Possessing all the above skills/experience not necessary to apply. Will provide training for the right candidate who possesses ample drive, work ethic, and ability to learn necessary concepts/skills.
