Job Responsibilities:

• Match numbers & letters accurately
• Stage and sort products for loading
• Load and unload trailers
• Repack damage cases
• Label products and manage packaging
• Maintain a clean, inspection-ready repack area
• Operate dock doors and move materials within the warehouse
• Stack boxes and pallets
• Ensure safety compliance
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical equipment (where applicable)
• Perform quality control and complete daily logs
• Identify and remove damaged products
• Package finished products for shipping
• Use warehouse management systems to scan products
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading and following instructions
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and organize
• Flexible with overtime and work in non-climate-controlled conditions
• Reliable attendance
• Willing to work at the specified location and schedule
• Complete employment application, background check, and drug screening

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and responsibility for safety.

Physical Requirements:

Must meet physical and mental demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs, frequent movement, standing, walking, and reaching. Accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
