Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inbound product to designated location.
• Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and deliver to staging area/delivery truck.
• Operate manual or powered equipment to transport product within the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

• Up to 1 year of relevant work experience.

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse or similar environment, including operation of PIT equipment like forklifts or order pickers.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
• Problem-solving skills for simple, repetitive issues following clear procedures.
• Ability to follow guidance and prioritize tasks as directed by supervisors.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Potential exposure to hazardous conditions, requiring PPE, and working in cramped spaces or under vehicles.
• Occasional travel, including overnight stays, depending on position.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
