Oak View Group is a leader in venue development, management, and hospitality services for the live event industry. The Warehouse Worker assists in venue distribution and warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, purchasing, and equipment maintenance. The role requires excellent attendance, flexibility for evening and weekend work, professional presentation, and strong interpersonal skills.

The hourly rate is $13.75, with benefits including a 401(k) plan and matching. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Assisting with purchasing, receiving, and distribution control for the venue.
  2. Maintaining sanitation and organization of warehouse storage areas.
  3. Fulfilling event-related tasks such as requisitioning, post-event breakdown, and equipment storage.
  4. Overseeing stocking levels and product rotation for events.
  5. Ensuring proper transfer and documentation of products between locations.
  6. Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  7. Evaluating employee performance and maintaining records.
  8. Conducting daily inspections of storage areas for cleanliness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Effective communication and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Knowledge of venue operations, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required.
  • Basic math skills related to transactions and inventory.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of foodservice/hospitality experience; food service certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and vision requirements.

Working Conditions & Hazards:
  • Exposure to weather, cold temperatures, wet floors, hot surfaces, and noise.
