• Pay: $18.50/hr + $0.50 Shift Differential

Work Environment

Cold Storage Facility: 34° F to 55° F.

Job Responsibilities

• Match numbers & letters accurately
• Stage and sort products for loading
• Load and unload trailers
• Open and close dock doors
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Sort and store parts
• Pull manual dock chains, stack boxes and pallets
• Move materials within the warehouse
• Ensure safety compliance
• Package/shrink-wrap/label products for shipping
• Scan products using warehouse management system
• Perform quality control, identify damaged products
• Complete daily logs and communicate across shifts
• Attach tags, read work orders, record movements
• Assemble containers, re-pack damaged items
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated areas
• Fulfill requisitions and distribute materials
• Assemble customer orders and prepare for shipment
• Weigh and count items, enter records, prepare parcels, maintain inventory
• Operate forklifts and mechanical equipment
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading and following instructions
• Ability to work independently, multitask, organize, and manage time
• Flexible with overtime and non-climate-controlled conditions
• Attendance is essential
• Willing to work the required schedule and location
• Complete employment application, background check, and drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Must meet physical and mental demands, with accommodations if needed
• Ability to see, communicate, and remember instructions
• Move, stand, walk, and sit frequently
• Use hands, reach, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally
