Work Environment

This position operates in a cold storage facility with temperatures ranging from 34°F to 55°F.

Key Responsibilities

• Match numbers & letters accurately
• Stage and sort products for loading
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Stack boxes and pallets
• Move materials within the warehouse
• Ensure safety compliance
• Package products for shipping
• Use warehouse management systems to scan products
• Perform quality control
• Identify and remove damaged products
• Complete daily logs
• Communicate across shifts
• Attach tags and mark containers
• Read work orders and instructions
• Record units handled and moved
• Sort and store perishable goods
• Assemble and prepare customer orders
• Weigh and count items for distribution
• Operate forklifts and mechanical equipment (where applicable)
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading and following instructions
• Ability to work independently, multitask, organize, and manage time effectively
• Flexible to work overtime
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
• Reliable attendance is essential
• Willingness to work at the designated location and schedule
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements
