Penske Logistics is hiring warehouse associates to join a safety‑minded team in a refrigerated, freezer and non‑climate‑controlled environment. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, stage products, load/unload trailers, and process orders using a warehouse management system.

Competitive wage of $23.70 per hour plus benefits and opportunities for growth within Penske Logistics.

Competenze

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking, and time management skills

• Accurately stage and sort products for loading

• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
• Move materials within the warehouse
• Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
• Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received
• Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated rooms
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves
• Conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment

Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team. Applicants must be willing to work in refrigerated, freezer and non-climate-controlled environments while operating warehouse equipment (electric pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).

Cold Storage Facility: -2° F to 55° F

Schedule:

1st Shift:

4/10 Hours: 4:00am - 2:30pm - Days off: TBD Weekends & holidays required

• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
