Job summary

Don's Prepared Foods is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our Schwenksville, PA team. This full-time, hourly role typically starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with no weekends and flexible end times depending on production needs.

Forklift experience is preferred. You will pack finished products, stack pallets, move stock with pallet jack and forklift, and pick orders while checking expiration dates and product numbers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English (effective communication).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a refrigerated environment (34–36°F).
• Forklift experience strongly preferred and pallet jack use required.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into boxes.
• Stack products on pallets.
• Move product to inventory locations and rotate stock using pallet jack/forklift.
• Pick customer orders with attention to expiration dates and item numbers.
• Count items for inventory posting in ERP system.
• Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist other areas of the Warehouse as needed.

Don's is a family-owned business and manufactures over 130 products spanning across its three brands: Don's Salads, Melanie's Medleys and Artisan Deli.

Our Warehouse department is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join the team at our Schwenksville, PA food manufacturing plant.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position that typically starts at 6:30AM from Monday-Friday (no weekends!) with flexible end times according to production needs. Candidates who are dedicated, consistent, and organized with a warehouse background in a manufacturing environment are strongly encouraged to apply. Forklift experience preferred.

Job responsibilities:

This position works in a refrigerated warehouse for the full shift, temperature is about 34-36 degrees.

• Pack finished products into boxes
• Stack products on pallets
• Move product to inventory locations and rotate stock using pallet jack/forklift
• Pick customer orders with attention to expiration dates/item numbers of products to be picked
• Count items for inventory posting in ERP system
• Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
• Assist other areas of the Warehouse as needed
