Warehouse Worker B Crew 6:00pm to 6:00am

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve goals related to warehouse/distribution, safety, quality, performance, and costs.
• Comply with GMPs, SOPs, policies, and regulations.
• Handle case picking, operate industrial trucks, load/unload, sort, and palletize.
• Use inventory systems accurately.
• Band and shrink-wrap pallets for transit safety.
• Read load tags, verify quantities, and load/unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment safely.
• Cover breaks and staffing needs as directed.
• Report safety concerns and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in work areas.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and departments.
• Apply basic and complex math skills related to weights and measures.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, vendors, and customers.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Understand company mission, goals, and your role in achieving them.
• Operate facility equipment as required.
• Complete all training requirements successfully.
• Interpret company documents and UPC/code information.

Performance Standards:

• Report to work on time, communicate tardiness or absences.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to GMP dress code.
• Follow conduct policies and maintain safety standards.
• Complete assigned tasks reliably.

Work Schedule:

• Availability for morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts, any day of the week.
• Request time off in advance for specific days.
• Typically scheduled for 40 hours; additional hours may be required.
• Work may involve exposure to weather, temperature, and allergens.

Physical Job Requirements:

• Move throughout all facility areas, including outside perimeter.
• Work at heights over 40 feet while operating trucks.
• Wear necessary PPE.
• Stand, sit, and perform physical tasks for a full shift, including lifting up to 50 pounds or more with accommodations.
• Visual acuity necessary for job performance.

This is the anticipated pay range for this position.
