Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to support order picking and loading for next-day delivery. You will build orders for dock routes and load route trucks per plans, ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment.

You will operate and maintain warehouse equipment, perform safety checks, and report hazards. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment and Loading: Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line; Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report any deficiencies; move product using material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.).
• Safety and Compliance: Safely handle shipments and replenishment of product; perform cleaning and maintenance; report unsafe conditions; ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Job Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment and Loading

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.

Safety and Compliance

• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
