USA TODAY Co., Inc. is hiring Part-Time Warehouse Worker/Mailroom Inserter at our Des Moines facility. Earn $18.00 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and 30+ hours per week. The role supports inserting newspapers with accuracy in a seven-day operation.

You will operate inserting machines, monitor for errors, and maintain safe, clean work areas while meeting production standards. Flexible start times and shift options are available.

Warehouse Worker/Mailroom Inserter – Part-Time

USA TODAY is hiring Part-Time Mailroom Inserters for our production facility in Des Moines, IA. We have immediate openings for dependable, safety-focused individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced production environment. Our operation runs seven days a week, and scheduled start times may vary based on production needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time hours with the potential to work 30+ hours per week.

What You’ll Do

• Feed preprinted materials into inserting machine hoppers accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inserting equipment to help prevent double inserts, skips, and other production errors.
• Ensure newspaper products contain the correct inserts and meet quality standards.
• Remove completed bundles weighing approximately 10–50 pounds and stack them for the next stage of production and delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing paper, skids, and production debris.
• Follow established safety procedures while working around forklifts, pallet jacks, inserting machines, and other production equipment.
• Assist with other production assignments as needed.

What We’re Looking For
