Job Overview:

Warehouse Worker Lead - 6135 Anderson Mill Rd, Moore, South Carolina, 29369

As a Warehouse Worker Lead, you will run necessary reports to properly account for the releasable orders in the Order Management system, provide technical expertise, and ensure timely processing of transactions related to Inventory Accuracy. You will monitor distribution center shipping, reconcile open orders and inter-company transfers, and support inventory accuracy processes. Communication, team building, and soft skills are essential in your interactions with team members.

Shift & Schedule:

This is a full-time, Day 1 position following a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation schedule. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.

Hours: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

What you will do:
  • Respond to inquiries from Order Management regarding demand.
  • Handle notifications for order modifications.
  • Enter unit transfers for replenishing requirements.
  • Forward production output to the appropriate IBU.
  • Reconcile orders released for shipment and open MSRs.
  • Participate in process improvements and system testing.
  • Engage in daily team huddles, communicate trends, and address training issues.
  • Interact with employees and supervisors daily.
  • Occasional weekend or off-shift work may be required.
  • Report food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to company policies.
Total Rewards:
  • Starting at $25.59/hour, increasing to $26.99/hour after 6 months.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Knowledge of product units and plant operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, math, and computer skills.
  • Experience with inventory transactions, continuous improvement, and Lean tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Team-oriented, punctual, detail-focused, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Prior inventory control experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift 30 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Stand, bend, stretch during entire shift.
