Job Overview:

Warehouse Worker Lead - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

About the Role

• Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks.
• May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
• Directs daily work flow of a team.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• Rotating Shifts: 2 weeks on each shift
  • 7:00 AM – Finish (First 2 weeks)
  • 3:00 PM – Finish (Following 2 weeks)

  Repeat cycle every 4 weeks.

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend as needed is required.

This position could include: Hand Stacking - EPJ - Pallet Jacks - Voice Audio - Headsets - Picking - Picker - Order - Order Selecting – Pallets.

Total Rewards:

• Pay starting at $24.04 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $25.36 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to overhead.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
