Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in McKinleyville, CA is seeking a Warehouse Worker Lead to manage loads, assist with loading/unloading, and guide a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Expect to operate EPJ, walkie rider, voice headset, and pallet jacks while maintaining safety and accuracy during shifts that start early and may include overtime.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.

Warehouse Worker Lead

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

Job Overview

• Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks.
• May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
• Directs daily work flow of a team.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 5:00AM – finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend as needed is required

Equipment and Duties

• This position could utilize the following equipment: Electronic Pallet Jack - Walkie Rider - Voice Audio Headset - Shrink Wrap
• This position could include: Hand Stacking - EPJ - Pallet Jacks - Voice Audio - Headsets - Picking - Picker - Order - Order Selecting – Pallets

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $22.84 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.00 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
