Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Warehouse Picker Order Selector in Austin, TX. The role involves using a voice headset to pick products, stacking cases up to 50 pounds, and preparing pallets for loading with pallet jack or walkie-rider.

Working hours are 9:00 AM start, Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekend availability. The position offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift from floor to overhead.
• Ability to work with a headset and voice-activated order selector system.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset.

Job Overview:

Warehouse Picker Order Selector - Austin, TX

About the Role

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head.
• Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
• Hand shrink wrap orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 9:00 AM - finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

Total Rewards:

• Pay starting at $20.54 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.61 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
