Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a warehouse associate to help load contributed goods onto trucks and assist with unloading store merchandise. The role emphasizes safety, proper lifting, and teamwork within a busy donation and distribution environment.
The position requires ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, adherence to core principles, and willingness to become forklift certified as needed. No prior experience required.
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and/or Dock Lead, assist in loading contributed goods onto and off the trucks and attended donation stations. Major duties include securing items to prevent damage, assisting driver, assisting in the processing of textile and hard goods products.

No prior experience in required.
Level 1: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10\'s and 100\'s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
No computer skills are required for this position.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Level 1: Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
