Position Overview

Our Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This role offers a high-paced, professional environment with a fun atmosphere, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to healthcare logistics.

Available Positions

• Mid Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM or until work completion
• Starting pay up to $18.78/hour, increasing to $19.84/hour after 12 months

Employees participating in our incentive plan can earn additional performance-based pay, with top performers earning up to $1.75/hour more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Efficiency: Move efficiently during shifts to ensure timely and accurate shipping of products.
• Health & Wellness: Participate in our Vitality Wellness program to earn health discounts.
• Skill Development: Receive on-the-job training for operating industrial equipment, automation, and specialized processes.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience acceptable
• Able to walk up to 10 miles per shift

• Preferred: Warehouse experience
