Job Overview

McKesson’s Distribution Center is hiring warehouse associates for a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Positions Available

• $21.50 per hour (Sunday 5 pm start for Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Thursday 6 pm start)
• Pay may rise up to $22.73 per hour after 12 months.

Incentive Program

Material handlers can participate in a company incentive plan and may earn up to $1.75 per hour based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently to ensure product shipments are delivered quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment.
• Participate in the Well‑Being Program, earning rewards for participating in wellness activities, and enjoy perks such as gym membership rebates.
• Receive on‑the‑job training to qualify for operating power industrial equipment and advanced automation.

Qualifications

• Entry‑level experience acceptable.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37–42 °F) for at least 80% of the shift.
