Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic warehouse associates at our Methuen distribution center. The role features Sunday night shifts into Monday-Thursday evenings, with pay up to $21.70/hr and increases to $22.97/hr after 12 months. Some incentives may boost earnings further based on performance.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following positions available:

• Sunday – 6PM until completion, Monday – Thursday 7:30PM until completion.
• Pay rate up to $21.70/hr, increasing to $22.97/hr in 12 months.

Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money. Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

• Keep Your Edge – Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

• Always Learning – We offer on‑the‑job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and to operate our advanced automation.

What You’ll Need

• Entry level experience.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift).
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37 – 42 °F) a minimum of 80% of the shift or as needed.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment – training will be provided.
