Job summary

RC Willey is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the Flooring Department in Meridian, ID. In this hands-on role you will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure efficient workflow while maintaining a safe workspace. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to RC Willey’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Team player capable of working independently to meet goals.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count and stock merchandise in staging areas or on shelves.
• Verify inventory and inspect merchandise for defects.
• Pull and cut flooring products and prepare for transport.
• Load and unload merchandise shipments.
• Assist customers with will call orders.
• All other duties as assigned.
