Job summary

RC Willey Home Furnishings in Meridian, ID is looking for a full-time team member to stock and manage merchandise in our store. You will receive, count, and label items in staging areas or on shelves, helping keep displays accurate and inviting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliable service. We offer training, competitive benefits including PTO, holidays, and an employee discount, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to climb and work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet goals.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count and stock merchandise in staging areas or on shelves.
• Verify and label inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or defects.
• Assist customers with will-call pickup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Receive, count and stock merchandise in staging areas or upon shelving
• Verify and label inventory
• Examine and inspect merchandise for any damage and defects
• Assist customers with will-call pick up
• All other duties as assigned

WE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

We provide onsite training and certification on equipment such as forklifts, product tugs and any other equipment needed. You will receive one on one training and coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
