Job summary

TIRE CREW is seeking a Warehouse Driver to safely deliver products between our warehouse and store locations and to support daily warehouse operations.

You will operate company vehicles and forklifts, assist with loading/unloading, inventory, and ensure accuracy and compliance with DOT regulations and safety policies. The role demands attention to detail, ability to work independently, and reliable scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
  • 1+ year of delivery driving, warehouse operations, or related experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and follow schedules and established procedures.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles, including large commercial trucks, to transport products between warehouse and store locations.
  • Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups on time.
  • Load and unload products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and load products for delivery with accuracy.
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments.
  • Maintain inventory and organize warehouse according to standards.
  • Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety policies.
  • Maintain clean, safe warehouse and work area.

Job description

Warehouse Driver

The Warehouse Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products between warehouse and store locations while supporting daily warehouse operations. This position operates company vehicles, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment and assists with inventory, loading, unloading, and organization.

Delivery & Transportation
  • Safely operate company vehicles, including commercial vehicles over 10,000 lbs., to transport products between warehouse and store locations.

  • Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups safely, accurately, and on time.

  • Load and unload products using proper lifting techniques, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

  • Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety policies.

  • Perform required pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

  • Immediately report delivery delays, vehicle concerns, or other issues to the Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Operations
  • Operate forklifts safely to move, store, and retrieve products.

  • Pick, pack, stage, and load products for delivery, ensuring order accuracy.

  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments.

  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory according to company standards.

  • Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area.

Fleet & Equipment
  • Ensure company vehicles are clean, fueled, and in proper working condition.

  • Report required maintenance or repairs for vehicles, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping, trash removal, and proper organization of materials.

Safety
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Use proper lifting techniques and equipment when handling heavy products.

  • Report safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately to management.

  • Maintain compliance with applicable DOT and warehouse safety requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and reach throughout the workday.

  • Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate commercial vehicles, forklifts, and warehouse equipment.

  • Ability to work safely around moving vehicles, machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
